This has been my new go to for everything since the summer. I am in love with this sauce and the flavor allows me to feel like I have Asian cuisine at home. From rice, pasta, vegetables and chicken.. it goes with everything and makes it taste better.

Bibigo Korean BBQ is a must in the fridge!

Debby May 11, 2026

It is definitely tasty...has a bit of spice, but not too much, is different from other bbq sauces out there. I use it as more than just a "bbp add-on," yes, I even add it to Sam's Club's rack of ribs before reheating...I put it in other recipes of mine for just a unique kick. It's good for dipping also.

Great marinade.

Stephanie March 23, 2026

I usually make my own marinade but I decided to give this a try and was pleasantly surprised by the great flavor. 2.5-3 lbs pork country style ribs. Marinate in a zip lock for 24 hours and cook in batches. Air fry on 320 for 10 minutes and on 350 for another 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy.

Highly Recommend

Petite April 30, 2026

I've purchased bibigo 3 months running %26 new worlds await. MY sweetness and spicy rating is affected by a sugar sensitivity. Bibigo is too sweet/sweet tasting %26 accordingly I'd tweak with more spice i.e., Flavor. I marinade chicken %26 top on risotto, dip or add bit to a larger dish's liquid.

Yum! Yum!

Thequeenofthehouse April 28, 2026

I love this Bulgogi marinade by Bibigo. We soak thin strips of beef overnight and cook it in batches with a cast iron pan. It is a touch spicy but we serve it over rice so it balances out. My teens both love it and eat it too. I have purchased this marinade a few times already and I am a loyal customer already. This is our go to now!

I bought this as I love Asian flavors. I have since bought it regularly. One of my fave ways to use it....I get some cheap pork steaks or pork shoulder, really about the cheapest meat you can find now. I lay the meat in a foil lined pan and coat with t he Bibigo, then bake, covered till tender. I make some glass noodles, adding shedded carrot and some green onion or caramelized regular onion and add a touch of the Bibigo, and serve with some steamed veg...bok choi or brocoli usually. Another way...I cook up some spagetti noodles that Ive broken into 4 pieces. I saute any chopped veg I have...when I cook most vegs I freeze a little bit before...broccoli or mushrooms or whatever...I usually add onion and carrot as I always have those. Any leftover meat you have but I dont always have any so thats fine too. I add enough Bibigo to coat and toss around a few mins and let rest for a few to absorb teh flavors. Its sort of a Korean Chinese lomein vibe and my family LOVES it. One pan meal and fast onto the table. Im sure I will find many more uses for this delicious, well flavored sauce.

pretty good version. pretty sweet

Cristina April 2, 2026

this is a lot sweeter than my personal recipe. I'm in no way any kind of expert regarding Hanguk food, but this was way sweeter than I was used to. otherwise it's a great marinade and the past juice really tenderizes both the beef and pork I've used it on.

Not real Spicy or Super Sweet. still recommend...

Ladyhawk March 7, 2026

Not really very spicy or overly sweet. To my taste it fell a little flat for Korean barbecue. Might work for marinade with a little tweeks of other added ingredients. I've tasted Korean barbecue and it just doesn't compare to others. Still it's not bad, i think using your favorite Barbecue sauce a little with it might work out great to add a little spice to it. Not real hot i didn't think still recommend it just not for me.

Bibigo Sauce

Sheila March 10, 2026

I think it is well suited as an after cooked sauce or marinade but not as a sauce to cook in. It burnt easily, got way too thick quickly and the sugar content was so over the top that it stuck to the bottom of my nonstick wok, burnt and I even ended up with the food burnt and a layer of the blackened sugar sticking to the pan. I never have that issue with my 5 ingredient homemade marinade/ sauce. Kikkoman Soy Sauce, water, pepper, sugar, ginger and garlic. That's all you need. Never burns.

Very watered down. I had to get receipt on line to make it from scratch because I was making Korean barbecue chicken I couldn't return it cause I had already opened it up and used a little bit when I called the store. They said I couldn't return it so I put it with the homemade stuff and used it up, but I would not waste my money to purchase this item again.
