Billy Blanks Jr.: Dance With Me Groove & Burn (DVD)

I have had the privilage.....no....HONOR to meet and take classes with Billy Blanks Jr. and his wife Sharon Catherine. This class is more then a class... its a family. The work out is not a Work out...its a FRIDAY NIGHT DANCE PARTY!! I have never had so much fun burning calories in my life. its better then any other "dance" class i have taken. The Energy vibes are amazing. Its an hour of forgetting all your problems and just let loose and have fun!. The Class has been really motivating for me. I have always been shy and kept in like a turtle in her shell. taking this class has allowed me to poke my head out and feel amazing. my confidence has gone up. With the help of Billy and his Wife Sharon and workouts on my own i have managed to loose 9 pounds in 3 weeks. I recommend this product to anyone 100%.

I really thought this was gonna be some boring routine that was going to be hard to do, cause all excersice programs dont think that there are all sizes and everyone cant do everything. Billy,Sharon, The Crew Show you the moves slowly and show you a easier way to do each move that will still give you the fat burn you want until you can put in the full work. My kids love the program as well. I find it easy cause i love danceing and the routins are fun and the dved lets you set up your workout like I do warm up one or two routins then cool down with sharons beautiful song. Again GREAT. I just gotta get the right work out clothing. i have Groove and Burn As Well AS Cardio Fit

I purchased this dvd for my son who had seen it from the library. Wish wmt would site to store all Billy Blanks, Jr dvds.

I am so happy with my purchase! Love all the routines and the instructors have great energy to keep me going! They make for a fun and easy work out.

The description of this product says the dances are Hip Hop, Country, and Bollywood. If this was truly what the product offered I would be more tolerant of the misrepresented music tracks, which all sound the same. However, the dance routines are actually Disco, African and Latin style. This is not the music that will motivate me to push myself to spend the time with this form of exercise. The final insult is that an opened DVD cannot be returned. Do not waste your money here.
