This product got gross set in stsins out of low pile carpet and off of walls. It works great, no horrendous chemical smell but I would recommend the area be very well ventilated or at least use a mask.

If you're tired of products that mask and don't obliterate THAT FUNK while you slowly and sadly 🥺 deodorize your home with the delicate scents of animal byproducts, BUY THIS!!! Takes a lot for me to fully promote a product pro bono. Amazing product. I've got an ancient super mut and a Giant schnauzer. This stuff saved me! Love this stuff! We unfortunately have outside cats and either they have been or feral cats have been urinating on our outdoor furniture. This cleaner at least makes it smell better!

Bought based on recommendations on a forum regarding pet house accidents. Needed a potent enzymatic cleaner that was inexpensive and left no odd odors after in case that was contributing to urine marking. Happy to report not only does the concentrate smell pleasant, but it absolutely works to remove pet urine smell. Would consider purchasing over the cheaper traditional spray bottle product such as Resolve

I like it in a spray bottle and probably the only thing I could ever say would be maybe you should include an empty spray bottle. I had to wait until my Windex was gone.😛

I usually don't give a review. But in this case, I felt it was important to give one so no one else will experience the Dane thing as me. I received the package very excited to use the product. I opened the plastic bag it was sealed in, but it felt very light. Upon opening the cap, I found that the seal was open and peaked in the bottle to find that it was more than halfway used. They packaged a more than half use bottle to deliver to me. What reputable business does that? I immediately requested a refund to be returned. Walmart should not allow this business to sell products on their site.

I'm giving this product one star due to the lack of instructions. I poured the Bioda Active Enzyme straight into the drain, not knowing it needed to be shaken well first. I'm sure many customers could make the same mistake. Please consider printing instructions on the gallon container or including a paper insert.

Arrived with no bottle cap and was beaten up, surprised is didn't leak all over in transit. The product works, but the shipping condition was just lazy

items arrived partial crushed and mostly empty in a garbage bag due to the cardboard box being soaked and falling apart. I tried to report it but this sellers return policy wanted me to return the product. That would've meant getting a new box and going out of my way to return a piece of garbage. I took pictures of the box damaged and in a garbage bag and really think that should've sufficed on a refund.
