Easy to apply helped to ease pain in knees and shoulder. I needed something like this. My ability is limited to reach distant areas. The smell is pleasant and not overly heavy.

Not as good as the solid …
The type that comes in a solid form (like deodorant) is much more effective for my knee pain. I was not happy with this roll on.
