This is one of the best OTC products you can buy for back pain or achy knees and joints! Is %231 in my opinion! It's calming and cooling and helps aches %26 pains subside!

Not as good as the solid …
The type that comes in a solid form (like deodorant) is much more effective for my knee pain. I was not happy with this roll on.
