This stuff has worked great the past few months. I now have my diabetic dad taking these as well as other family members. I am insulin resistant and had pre-diabetic numbers. Not anymore! I take one pill with each meal and my numbers are normal now. I also try to only eat twice a day and fast 18 hours a day. But I was trying that for months before taking Berberine and I could not lose weight plus my numbers were high. The first week I started taking Berberine my numbers were good. It's been about 4 months now and I've lost 8 or 9 lbs. The scale would not budge before. I truly believe this helps reverse insulin resistance. And I will keep taking it.

Works to lower my AC1. Metformin was continuously being pushed for my elevated AC1. Started taking this twice daily and my levels stay within normal limits. My provider has stopped pushing Metformin. Don't know if it work for you, I had my doubts, but worth trying.

These have helped a little already in my sugar numbers after only 2 weeks. I haven't changed my diet yet but hopefully I can get my numbers back under control. Went from 187 to 168 so far.

I like that you only need 1 tablet instead of 2 so you get more servings per bottle. I have only just started taking this product, but believe the added cinnamon is the best combination added to this product.
