Was slicing an onion and thought I was being really careful, but bam! I sliced my finger open. Bleeding profusely and never believed I would be able get it to stop the bleeding. I figured I would be headed for the Clinic, but I had woundseal in my medicine cabinet and although I thought the cut was too large and deep I thought... go for it. I dumped this on the finger and kept the pressure on for at least 5 minutes or more to make sure and put a bandage over the finger and kept it dry for 6 days. When I removed the bandage this stuff was like cement on my finger so I just left it and kept a bandage on it. Don't remember how many days before it came off, but when it did you could hardly tell I cut my finger. LOVE IT! Always want this in my medicine cabinet.
Purchased due to surgeries and blood thinner medicines prescribed and was told to have this on hand in case bleeding won't stop. I have not had to use it yet.
I'm on blood thinners, so I blead. If I get a bad cut or scrape and applying pressure doesn't stop the bleeding I get out wound seal. May take several packets, but once the bleeding stops, WoundSeal forms a protective scab. Gradually washes off as the wound heals. Great product!!
My mother is on blood thinners and when she get a paper tear or small cut it won't quit bleeding. This product stings, but works great!
My wife and I take blood thinners. We're constantly cutting ourselves. This stuff is a must have for us. It really works just follow the simple directions and you will be back to work in minutes.
Great product!
I was looking for something to help seal a cut when a bandaid won't immediately help. Even small cuts can be a problem when on blood thinners. I saw this product and ordered it to keep on hand for future use. Haven't tried it yet thankfully but glad to finally have this at home while our healthcare system is in a total mess.
Says it's one time use but you can use one tube multiple times for small cuts has a screw top. My husband gets small cuts/ scratches since he is on blood thinners so I carry this and bandaids with me. This stops the bleeding very fast and forms a type of scab have used the same tube for 3 uses so far you don't need a large amount of product to stop the bleeding
Got them so when I need them?
Used several tlimes in the past and always good results
