Does exactly what I expected helps with pain itching and hemorrhoids the only thing I had an issue with is they are to dry and hard but I just used some hemorrhoid ointment to lubricate the suppository before inserting and it was a lot easier and more comfortable I would definitely buy again and recommend this product to anyone in discomfort in this area

The order was delayed by a day. The package had been smashed somewhere along the way. The product was very soft and unusable until placed in freezer for awhile. Will wait to see effectiveness before decision is made as to ordering again.

the product came in an old box that had been squished along with three of the suppositories. they were Old! DISCOLORED! WORTHLESS! I threw them into the TRASH immediately and called customer service!

Even after viewing video, could not remove packaging from suppository, without the inward part falling in pieces, unfit for using!!! Very disappointed!!!

Something MAJOR wrong with this company's product.
Horrible! Every single one that I opened had a brown color on each of the tips. They looked like they were old. If I were to cut off the tips, this would leave me with very little medication left. This product costs a lot and yet every single one had been affected. Who knows what the brown part even is? Is it even safe? I very rarely give negative reviews and if I have a negative review, I just don't post on it, but this is medicine. I don't like to post negative reviews because I don't want to negatively comment on a company, but this is uncalled for. I was really hoping this would be my go to. I think the price is high, but I was willing to spend the money on something that could work. I would have been tolerant if one looked like this as long as it was safe and I cut off the tip, but all of them???!!!
