It calmed the dryness but doesn't support it long

I usually order these vaginal suppositories because I've been in IVF treatment for 5 years, and I use them to prepare my microbiota for my last embryo transfer. Unfortunately, this latest package arrived in very bad condition. All the suppositories look dehydrated or damaged — they crumble easily, and the texture is completely different from what they should be. My embryo transfer is next week, and I'm very worried about whether it's safe to use them like this or if they might be expired or ineffective. I've never received a batch like this before, so I'd really appreciate a replacement or confirmation that these are still safe to use.
