I bought these after getting my Bristle oral microbiome tests results back. All the other brands of beet root chewables had stevia or other ingredients I didn't want. This one was the only one not full of junk. However, it tastes just like candy, I don't know how they do it!

I have been taking two gummies per day, hoping it would help with floaters in my field of vision. After 3 weeks I suddenly realized - they're completely gone!!! I am amazed. I also know beets are great for blood pressure and heart health, and I do feel a difference with heart beat. Love that these are sugar free since I am on a low carb diet...ZERO net carbs! They are working well and have given me a lower bp and more energy.

The reason i am taking these gummies is because I want to add beetroot to my diet. The gummies are way easier to consume than the actual beetroot juice. I hope it will help with reducing my fatty liver levels.

I tried the beet root powder and it was very nice and I noticed huge difference in my performance and endurance in workouts, on the other hand with this gummy's taste good, but I did not notice any improvement or any benefit… anyhow beetroot is very good for the health.
