This is my second bottle of the prebiotic/probiotic capsules. I went about three weeks in between the first and second bottle and could tell the difference the product had been making in my gut health. Within a week of starting the 2nd bottle I could tell it was working again. Great product!

I like taking them,because i feel like i go to the bathroom more when i take them,so i will reorder ,i have to stay healthy!!
