No magnesium stearate and all the fillers. I can tell the difference. I won't buy anything else and the price is good. Well worth the price. I'm very particular about my vitamins and I won't buy anything else. No bad aftertaste and easy to swallow, that's what I like. You won't be belching these up or anything. Easy on the digestive tract. I wanted a multi Vitamin that had beneficial mushrooms in it, this is the first one that didn't upset my stomach. I have zero complaints.

i dk what's in this but i had an allergic reaction of a type of hives. So did my daughter so it must be contaminated is all i can figure and No Walmart or the company refuses me a refund
