I love these fire team 25,000 mg gel caps. they have helped my hair stop thinning. and my nails and skin are healthier also. I've always had the nails and my hair has always been. but with these be worth biotin gel caps my hair is actually getting a little thicker and the thin spots are filling in. my nails are no longer super thin and splitting. my skin is glowy. after this product a two thumbs up and highly recommend

This biotin is good. Biotin in capsule form has bad taste and after taste. The form of these has no after taste

Front label says there is 25,000mcg Biotin. The back of bottle says there is 5,000mcg Biotin.

The "Other ingredients" listed on the item's photos do not match the actual product you receive. When it arrived, it lists Corn Oil as the 1st "other ingredient", which is toxic and not shown in the photos at all! Returning this deceptive product for a refund.

I gave a low rating because the bottle label %26 product description specifically says “Biotin 25,000 mcg”… But the ingredients say “Biotin 5,000 mcg”… Very deceptive so buyer beware!
