I was unsure that the product would work for me, but it has. My hair was think from stress and the product has helped it grow back in. My skin and nails have a minimal improvement, but my hair was my main reason for buying the product and I'm highly satisfied. I will continue to purchase this product.

I have been taking these vitamins off an on for years. I love them they work with visible results as long as you take them as directed and drink plenty of water. I nor my children have experienced any side effects just remember your water to keep increase acne outbreaks at bay. Also note this product promotes hair growth, that means everywhere that hair grows! The chewables are tasty easy to take and just as effective as the pill, I have used both. Also, they often go on sale and have a great everyday price!

The gummies taste really good and would make it much easier to remember to take your vitamins. A one dose sample isn't enough to tell whether they work on improving the quality of hair, skin and nails.

I've been using this for over a year. Walmart sells this for an Excellent price compared to other drug store outlets. This product, along with a proper diet & good exercise has helped my hair & nails to grow quite well. My skin is so much softer too. The shipping was great....came quicker than I thought it would.

Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin and Nails Multivitamin Supplement Coated Caplets sample was very surprising. You only get 1 sample pack of 2 vitamins, but totally worth the try. I figured they would taste funky, but are actually very good tasting and easy to chew.

I was expecting a nasty tasting gummies to help my nails and hair. Once I took the gummies out the package. the smell is what got me. The strawberry scent, the texture of the gummy was soft and not sticky like many other brands. I have seen a change on my nails already with just the sample I received.

Received this in the Walmart Beauty Box. It was a tease. The sample only included two gummies...which were delicious. I can't write about their long term effects because I couldn't find this product in stores. It is always sold out. :-(

I can't really tell if this works with just one dose of the gummies. I would recommend give at least a couple of days of doses to see if it makes a difference in the outcome. I sort of liked the flavor but it could of been better. I just would not want to purchase something if u don't know if it is going to work or not.
