Love them!
When I saw these cookies on sale for what I believe was half price, I grabbed three bags, figuring even if they were only mediocre, they could be crumbled over Carb Smart ice cream or something. I may still do that with a few of them, but these are delicious. It probably helps that I always loved shortbread cookies, so the texture doesn't bother me. The flavor is great too! My only complaint is that the best buy date was three weeks ago. I'd have probably still bought them, but it should have been more clearly marked that they were marked down for that reason - if it was noted at all.

Surprisingly good chocolate flavor. Kept my blood sugars in normal range. Woohoo!!
