Birch Benders Organic Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix, 16oz

This pancake mix is a pantry staple for me. I make it with milk (instead of water), two eggs, and a T of olive oil, but it works well with the "complete" water only directions. Always let this mix sit for at least 5-10 minutes before cooking for the best results.

We frequently camp and I always take this along. No eggs needed, no milk needed, just mix with water. These pancakes taste great, are light and fluffy, and the best part is that they are organic.

Although I'm not too crazy about the texture because the flour is too fine, the flavor is amazing even without syrup or honey. I use maple syrup or honey and it's delicious.

This pancake batter it's one of the best. Flavor and texture is great! The only negative for me it's a little expensive for the quantity on package.

The only pancake mix I buy. Clean ingredients and lovely taste. My granddaughters favorite! She'll eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I love to make 'breakfast tacos' with them lol.

Organic, good ingredients, taste great and all you need to do is add water! Probably won't buy any other brand moving forward.

Love love love! I add mini chocolate chips and make mini pancakes for my toddler. They come out so good! Price is a bit more but you get what you pay for.

I really didn't care for this. Bland taste and flat cakes. I bought to try something new, but won't buy again.
