NOT pure vanilla extract
This is baking vanilla which is different and NOT pure vanilla extract. That was my oversight but I'm upset I thought I was buying organic vanilla and this is very strong with artificial taste. Only useful for baking something in the oven which needs a strong vanilla taste as pure vanilla extract will bake off and this is not supposed to as much. Cannot substitute for non baked goods like icing as it does give a much different artificial and strong faux vanilla taste.
