Great quality organic Cinnamon that we use every day in our morning health drink. We combine cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne and lemon juice in hot water every day before we drink coffee and it really helps. Would highly recommend.

It upgrades everything: toast, coffee, apples, my self‑esteem. I swear my pancakes stood up straighter after meeting this stuff. Even my cat sniffed the jar and looked impressed, which has never happened in the history of cats.

I ONLY USE IN OATMEAL. GREAT FLAVOR. I TRUST IT SAYS BEING ORGANIC AND FROM WALMART THAT ITS PURE, NOT TAMPERED WITH.

I use it every day in a breakfast smoothie. really good for digestive system. I've studied herbals since I was 30, and this is a really good one.

As many of us already acknowledged that cinnamon hasn't the best taste or anything at all. I just use it to sprinkle some in my daily coffee drink to HELP regulate, stabilize my diabete. It does work because I see BIG DIFFERENCE in two different AC1 reading from 7.0 to 5.4 in the last few month gap itself. It's a win-win situation for anyone who has diabetes.

I give the spices a 5 star… but the price a 3 star. The GV organic spices are the ones I have bought for years. I always bought these spices for $1.97. However, they have recently DOUBLED in price. They jumped from $1.97 to $3.97 in one week. Can’t afford spice and gas too…so I guess I’ll have to find a bargain brand.

I know Ceylon Cinnamon is supposed to be the best but I don't like it. I don't like it at all. It's weird probably because I'm not used to it. I'm used to a stronger cinnamon flavor. This is very mild and it's weird it kind of has a cinnamon flavor like way back in the distance but it's also sort of flowery and tastes like something else. Maybe my pallet isn't refined enough for the type of cinnamon. I put it in my coffee and it was terrible. It change the whole flavor of my coffee and it didn't give it that bold strong cinnamon flavor I'm used to drinking. I was going to try it in oatmeal and on toast but after drinking it in my coffee I'm just going to throw it out. Sorry Ceylon it's not for me.

I would recommend an in-store purchase, but not delivery, as it never arrived due to damage during transportation. I did get refunded.
