Everything Good
Tastes really good. Everything about it is good, except I wouldn't choose to purchase it again because it's much more cost-effective to buy ground ginger in a larger amount. If you don't use a lot of it, that wouldn't make any difference, but I like to use a lot of this.

Spice in life
We use this spice with others in teas, on toast, in yogurt and use to use it in more cooking. Mostly now in teas and toast. We love mixing it with other spices for different flavors.

I bought this product several times, I basically use it when I have tea I put a half a teaspoon, in my tea, to help with some digestive issues, I don't cook with it.

Great Spice to Have!
I received this for free in exchange for my honest review - which I'm so glad for because I've been trying to make my six year old ginger really last. I use this in a lot of asian dishes when I don't have fresh ginger on hand. It's very good and I love this brand!

Great product
I love the ginger from McCormick; it has a much fresher taste than what I was previously using. My family also noticed. My pie and sweet potato casserole tasted much better. I will buy this brand from now on. I have already recommended it to others

Great kick to your food!
I added the ground ginger to my ginger vegetable and chicken stir fry, and i love the kick it gives it. The cap was easy to open, and the bottle was handy to use. The flavor or the ground ginger definitely stood out in my stir fry, and i'll now incorporate it in more cookings!

Perfect size
McCormick's ground ginger is easy to use and doesn't have any clumps. Most importantly, it smells great and tastes great! I really like the size of the bottle because although I do use ginger, I don't use it often enough to buy a big bottle of it so this size is perfect.
