McCormick Kosher Ground Turmeric, 1.87 oz Bottle

We use this spice in teas, on toast, in a mixture of other spices as well in both teas and on toast and in yogurt. We use it a lot so we use to buy it in the store but have gone to ordering it online. We did start to use it for nutrients and for immunity, but found it nice in our teas anytime. As for reducing pain, have not noticed that and as for it being used for the liver, well did not know that until the prompt suggested it.

Turmeric has a wide range of uses, broadly categorized into culinary, cosmetic, and medicinal applications. I use turmeric in my coffee as an antioxidant.

I also ordered some cinnamon sticks and i never received them or got any of my money back from not receiving them

A recipe I made required turmeric and I was able to use this sample. The powder added just the right amount of bitter flavor without being overpowering, and the flavor seemed high quality. I also thought the container was very easy to use and easy to open.

I recently received a sample of the McCormick Ground Turmeric seasoning. McCormick seasonings always set the standards for quality seasoning, and this Turmeric was no different. I do not typically use turmeric, but I know it is supposed to have health benefits such as being anti-inflammatory. I decided to make a butter chicken dish with the turmeric and the dish tasted excellent. The Tumeric added warmth and flavor to the dish. I personally do not find Turmeric as a versatile spice but when you are able to use it it tastes good. I received this sample for free in exchange for my honest review.

I got this sample for free in return for a review. Its turmeric. It is tasty on fish and potatoes. Which is what I used it on. I fried up some cod with a batter that I mixed some of this in with some garlic powder and smoked paprika. It tasted wonderful. The big thing was the design of the bottle. Not some twisty cap nonesense (Lookin at you Tones). Flip the lid dust the stuff, cook, enjoy . Easy peasy. You like putting Turmeric on or in things? You can't go wrong with this.

It is a compact package very convenient to use I like that the cap has a rubber side which makes it easier to open without sliding. It has a rich taste a good addition to chicken curry, rice and even for drinks. It has warm and bright flavor works well in cooking. It makes a good addition for meals without overpowering.

the earthy flavor of this really stands out and feels so grounding in foods. I also really like the top, it seems like it will keep fresher longer and is easy to use! Turmeric is something I use more sparingly, so I like this size and lid knowing it'll be there and fresh.

I love keeping McCormick Ground Turmeric in my kitchen because I can use it for both cooking and as part of my home wellness routine. I've used it to make a common dish like turmeric-seasoned rice, and it adds a warm flavor and beautiful golden color. I've also mixed turmeric into a paste and used it topically when I wanted something soothing for areas of inflammation. I like that one simple spice has so many traditional uses, both in my cooking and at home.

I have been using this for the better part of a week and i love how its taken my recipes up another notch. It is a great flavor adder and gives my food a beautiful color. My family has asked what have i done different lately and it has just been adding this to my food while cooking. I will definitely be adding this to my spice rack.
