We use this spice in teas, on toast, in a mixture of other spices as well in both teas and on toast and in yogurt. We use it a lot so we use to buy it in the store but have gone to ordering it online. We did start to use it for nutrients and for immunity, but found it nice in our teas anytime. As for reducing pain, have not noticed that and as for it being used for the liver, well did not know that until the prompt suggested it.

McCormick seasonings are ALWAY top notch and this little container certainly helped pack a delicious punch to last night's dinner. Used along side some of my other favorite seasonings, I made some beef kabobs on pita bread, adding 1 tsp of turmeric that really helped the dish pop off with its earthy and rich flavor! Very little definitely goes a long way, making some of the most delectable dishes out there. Great quality ingredients, reliable taste and so many health benefite from just tumeric alone!
