Worth every penny! Works like a pro!
I cannot believe how well this brush roll works! It got so much dog hair out of the carpet and rug even after using a Kirby and shop vac. It's actually kinda of disgusting how much hair it got out of such a small space. The photo is of all the dog hair from my blue pitbull the brush picked up on a small strip of an area rug.

Love my Bissell crosswave
Just needed a replacement for mine as I use it a lot for my area rugs and spot cleaning on carpet. Love my Bissell Crosswave.

bought it for quick pick on the carpet but wish that the brush Bristel could have been harder bristel cause it softer than I expected but overall still work for the same purpose

Super soft bristles, cannot believe it exists
Super soft bristles waste of money , and time. I'm very disappointed and sad I bought the machine b/c of the scrub brushes . I walked into another scam
