Awesome product!! Works great on my vinyl flooring on the “bare floor” setting!! I love the fact that you're vacuuming and mopping at the same time; saves me so much time being a stay at home mom with 3 kids!!! Also, I used the other setting on my area rug and it did so good!! It got sooo much out of that rug and it doesn't take a long time for the floors to dry either!!! 10 out of 10! I highly recommend!

The Bissell Cross Wave Turbo Pet Pro is very light weight, easy to maneuver I really like the fact you can mop hard wood, tile, carpet, Love Fresh smell, and its easy to take apart to clean. and it truly picked up all my fur babies hair, from carpet, and hard floors, however it does leave streaks on floors, and quite noisy overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

like most women I know, i absolutely hate to vacuum! This little, lightweight machine is a real pleasure to use after wrestling with big vacuums all my life! I only have the thin washable rugs now on my hardwood floors and this has too much suction for them, but I use those lightweight rugs because I can pick them up and shake them out. This little, fairly quiet machine takes care of my wood, vinyl, and tile floors, moving from one type to another with ease. It even self-cleans! The only difficult thing is having to rinse out the dirty water canister and filter--makes you realize how much dirt and dust was actually on the floor!

I needed a machine that could clean area rugs and hard surfaces and this one is perfect. It is easy to use and clean. The self cleaning feature is also quick and easy to use. I will give 1 bit of advice, hold the spray button for about 30 secs when you start to use in order to saturate the roller to obtain the best results.

I have only had this for a short time. However, I love this thing so far. I have two dogs, so my floors constantly need attention. This thing cleans my floors right up. Suction is great. It does such a good job that I have to clean it out frequently though (a plus, honestly). I personally don't find this hard to maneuver; it's not too heavy to me. It does leave a small edge (around walls and what not) that it does not clean, but it saves me so much time, I can just go back with a mop and get the edges if I need to. I did buy extra roller brushes so I could switch them out if I was still in the middle of cleaning and the one being used got too dirty. I found that to be pretty helpful. I would buy this again!

Nice machine but it really needs an upgrade in suction power and a more effective scrub brush. This is my second machine and the small improvement of the added pet hair strainer was a improvement over the old. Same motor and same underpower is the main issue

The Bissell CrossWave is quite disappointing. It's very loud during operation, which makes it unpleasant to use. More importantly, it doesn't clean effectively—especially on tough or dirty spots. I often have to go over the same area multiple times to see any improvement. It also struggles to reach and clean corners properly. Overall, it doesn't perform as well as expected.

I have owned this for a little over a month we have 3 cats and a puppy. The suction hole gets clogged easy. The cord is too short. It leaves streaks from the wheels. And even with removing the brush roll right after use cleaning it and drying it the roller holds dirt and smell. After the first few cleanings.

I couldn't decide between the Bissell or the Shark. Unfortunately, I chose the Bissell. It streaks my floors, the vacuum option tore my rug. Cleaning it is not fun and still it smelled horrible the second time using it and continues to smell. I took a survey with Bissell as well and never heard back. So I think it's fair to say customer service sucks as well.

I used for the first time today as I've had a cross wave and thought it was just old. Per the usual the water that the cross wave sucked up looked disgusting making me think it done a good job. I used a new steam mop directly after, and decided the cross wave did not do a good job what so ever. The steam mop was absolutely disgusting like my floor hadn't been mopped in months.
