Very easy to use.. It does take the urine smell away. I did use it in combination with baking soda, oxy clean and odoban. My dog is a rescue so we are still learning each other. Crandall my dog hasn't had anothere accident sense. I think it is on the pricey side.

With my family of 6 felines, there is always a surprise mess around the corner, on top of something, or under something. It's not only important to remove the odor and stain, but more important to do what this product does, "SANITIZE". It says it's for carpets and rugs, but I've been using it for years on hard surfaces too. It's hard to find in stores. The spray bottle is also easy and quick to use. I can't live with 6 cats and their messes without it.

My cat says thank you for a product that does remove stains and those awful lingering smells when accidents happen. This is a product that really works hard so pet caregivers do not have to. Always have this on hand.

Used it on a dog bed and sweater, and it removed the smell. I left the spray on the dog bed for 1 hour, then threw it in the wash. Its a very strong fragrant smell, like a chemical clean scent.

I've always loved Bissell products and had never tried this for my furbabies accidents or a spill or little carpet stain. Works great and smells great!

5 Star- Perfect Four large or small stands this product really does what it says. It instantly removes the visual stain and if not, I've sprayed it again and it's gone. I let it dry overnight followed the directions vacuumed afterwards. Highly recommend.

I have a 17-year-old cat that thinks my front hall rug is his litter box. I spray this solution on the rug, let it sit for about 10 minutes and then run my carpet scrubber over the rug. It really helps remove the urine odor that the carpet cleaner solution was not doing. I know people will say get rid of the cat, but my dog loves him and he is part of the family.

This gets rid of any stain easily. Cat pee. Spilled soda. All the vomit of a child. It's magic. You spray it and it virtually dissolves any stain.

This product is good for removing pet stains and odors that people can smell and if that is your only goal, then this may be a good product for you. To be fair, my mess was not terribly severe as far as odors were concerned. In my case, the goal was to remove the urine odors my cat could smell, and this product simply could not do the job. I followed the directions carefully, steam cleaned the carpets, and my cat immediately ran to the same spots an peed on them again... We have done this process several times, using more cleaner and leaving it on longer as directed, but our precious little friend still smells his contributions to our carpets. We are moving on to industrial strength enzymatic cleaners. I have not tried using it for odors other than cat urine.

I had high hopes for this cleaner but you can spray and spray everyday and the stain just keeps coming back not what I expected.....disappointed
