Bissell SpinWave PET Hard Floor Spin Mop Model 20399

It was very easy to assemble. It's very easy to fill and snap onto the shampooer. I love it because it is so easy to use. It doesn't jerk you all around. Instead, it runs very smoothly and manuvers very easy.

I have had this spin mop for about 8 years. My first one stopped spraying after 6 years and I bought a new one. I love it because I can use it in my hardwood and tile floors. It' slides around self propelled which makes it very easy to use.

It's SO easy to use!! It's almost like a self-propelled mower, in that it takes very little effort to move it. The pads clean very well. Am so happy to have this!!!

I love this SpinWave Pet Powerered Hard Floor Mop! We have old hardwood and linoleum floors. My MIL used store bought liquid wax on floors. So alot of build-up to remove. I wish I would've taken a before pic. It definitely spins and is powerful! I will recommend! This is not my first Bissell purchase and definitely wont be my last.

i bought a bigger bottle of the all purpose cleaner but the bottle that comes with it lasts for a few uses.

Easy assembly and use! Also was less expensive than similar models. Works well on my hardwood floor and tile/laminate.

I have been a loyal Bissell customer for my whole life. This was the first product that was truely a let down. Does it get the floors clean? Sure? Does it leave streaks all over my vinyl hardwood floors? YES. It basically looks like I smeared dirt all over my floors. I typically mop on the weekends so it isn't like I waited a whole month before doing so. Plus, like any person, I vacuum before mopping. I recommend watching videos of people trying this out on multiple floors while they check for streaks. My advice, try another product. To be clear, I love Bissell vacuum(s), but this product is disappointing.
