I have had 2 Shark steamers and this is WAY better! I do miss the 2-sided mop head, but this one has a better continuous stream of steam and it cleans so much easier! So glad I got it!

Very nice %26 useful for several household tasks. Only been used one time, so only time will tell how well it lasts. I have found that Black %26 Decker products are long lasting. Steamer was used on wood laminate floors. They look so clean %26 shiny!

Lightweight %26 cleans absolutely 💯 👌

Gave to my daughrer as a birthday gift. She loves it!

the only downside that i found is the power button is poorly placed and the heads will spin loose sometimes while using it.

It would be nice to have color options. The detachable streamer was my deciding factor to order this. my friend recommended it because she's happy with hers. we shall see.

This vacuum is not that easy to use. The cord is not long enough. The pads keep slipping off. It was inexpensive however. So I guess you get what you pay for.

I have a porcelain floor and left streaks on my floor, so I had to use my swiffer wet jet to get rid of them otherwise it was a great steamer.

Perhaps if I had 400 ft.² or less okay. But as it happens I have a four bedroom house with 2400 ft.² and a four car garage. The max capacity of this steamer is one cup of water. I'll say it again ONE CUP. When you turn it on, about 2/3 of that gets steamed off while the instrument is starting up. So you literally get about 2 ft.² of cleaning before you have to stop and reload. Just my kitchen took three reloadings! I find that actually ridiculous and very irritating.

I have owned one of these before and they are great went to bye another and got scammed through Walmart. They sent me bed sheets instead. So the product is great the person sealing is not.
