My primary usage for the steamer is for cleaning those hard to reach places in the shower but specficically the grout. The steamer also works really well for removing wrinkles, and cleaning the sofa/loveseat.

I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations when it came to cleaning my couch. I found it to be less effective than I anticipated, which was disappointing. I would suggest exploring other options if you're looking for something that really gets the job done.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It came pre-opened and the attachments did not fit. Unfortunately, I could not return because I was waiting to open, until I needed it and they would not take back. (I remember the day that you could return items to Walmart within a year, I was just a few months out, so expensive lesson to learn) I contacted the company and they did not care that they sent me a pre-opened package that was broken and did not even respond to the email that I sent. I would never buy from this company again.

I did not use this product because when it arrived, I could tell that the box had been opened and the attachments were loose inside the box. I’m not accepting a torn box and a product that may have been used. If I had been offered the option of an opened box” discount that certainly would have made a difference. But I’m not paying full price for a product that arrived in this condition and may have been used! SHAME on you!

Steaming hot water leaks out of the attachments while using it. The attachments also don't hook on straight and fall off while using it. Going to try to return it!!!!

The piece that comes out the front to put attachments on either melted or broke! Water leaks from where the cord goes into the steamer! Steam will burn you bc it leaks out of the attachments! Only used twice! If the product is cheap then know the product is made cheap! Lesson learned

Item came in damaged original packaging with nozzle sticking out of box, all the attachments were thrown in the box not packaged , the nozzle shows sign of wear and the squeegee also has ridges in it as if it was used . Could not identify all attachments or assemble properly and the nozzle to the device is bending , there were spare rubber bands or something in the bottom of the box . The plastic is very cheap with sharp edges and I’m afraid to even use it. Had high hopes for this after reading a review from wirecutter , i ordered this as it looked the same as the recommended steamer accidentally purchasing a cheaply made damaged and used dupe . Disappointed. Especially since my only options are to return it to the store or fed ex — And it states that a refund will be issued 3 weeks after they receive the return. that’s insane considering they had no issue taking my money and sending me garbage!! Beware!’ always check the brand and make sure it is verified!!

I ordered product and order was canceled and refunded with no explanation. Ordered a second time and did receive. Item seemed fairly easy to assemble and use although instructions left much to be desired. With no indicator of fill level it's easy to overfill with the small cup included. Even it is not filled to a visible level, it may start leaking out top once the heating and steaming starts. Good selection of attachments but the first one I tried out on my kitchen counter grout could not be removed. Unit broke and the attachment was still attached. Also unit 'ON' light went out in the middle of a cleaning after just a few minutes. This is going back and I've already replaced with a much better product for just a few dollars more.

Too complicated to use instructions are not that clear. It took me a while to figure out how to put the water into the tank. It did not clean as well as I thought it would

This item burnt my hand when I was using the attachment then when I took the attachment off thinking maybe it was just a bad hose it barely had steam coming out I think maybe I just got a defective one but I returned my item personally
