I like these sliders. They work as advertised, even on thick plush carpets! Material feels sturdy and high quality. Great for core and body strengthening exercises. I would definitely buy it again.

Does the job!
Seems well made. Slides on both carpet and tile floor depending on the side you use. A little friction on carpet, but quieter than the piece of cardboard I was using. Worth the price.

Will work if you are on a budget.
Ehhhh... they are ok. I wish the fabric on the top had a little more grip. They slide fine on the carpet and work for my routine. IDK if I would buy them again. I feel like the backs would scratch my hardwood floors. So, I stay on the carpet.
