awsome Deep tissue massage ball with spikes
I use it to stimulate my muscles in my feet, hands, legs, my back, and neck. It is very relaxing when having a stressful day , tense muscles or to stimulate the muscle in my feet (it helps me with my balance and coordination. )

It really does help with stimulating the mucle in your foot for balance and coordination. It is great for your back, neck, arms, legs, and feet. It helps when you've had a very stressful day, sore muscles, and it is very relaxing.

Great little massaging ball
Great little knobby ball. Perfect for sore feet. I also place it behind my shoulders while laying down and have found it helpful for relieving some muscle stress.

please if your looking for a ball or something you can squeeze this isnt the item you need. i ordered it like a week before my carpal tunnel surgery which was done on August 30,2022 i never received this very hard ball you can not squeeze it it at all.
