My son purchased the product and is very happy with it. Plus he got a free band in the mail with Black Mountain paying the delivery cost. He's very excited and uses the product every day.

The bands are a little long to get resistance early because the added length of the clips but you can clip multiple bands together to get a lot of resistance.

They seem to be what we need. Again we just received them and haven't installed them yet

I have never ordered any of their products before, but was impressed with what I saw online. And was even more impressed when I received the product at home. All the connectors are very solid, and it even came with the door stop, and the ankle strap, which I don't remember if they were mentioned or not. I purchased for myself and my husband, I can't wait to start using them, after my hand heals. Great value for the price.

Alternating between this and a workout with weights helps keep my muscles flexible as well as strong, it can be used most anywhere and it's great if you have very little space or take it traveling, never miss a workout. Great way to get into working out and ready for a fit new year.

I needed these bands for rehabilitating my shoulder after an injury. They work extremely well, with different combinations of band for various resistances. I devised a complete routine that works well for me and now includes general strengthening of other muscle groups. They hold up well and I see them lasting for quite a while. The door anchor is very useful and a clever tool.

Very sturdy, came with everything I need. I especially like the booklet that includes all the different exercises you can do.

Good value for the money but not the best bands, carabineers or handles. The bands themselves have some imperfections/bumps, I hope they last.

Wish I would have seen the PROP 65 WARNING before I purchased. You have to click on the drop down. "The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified titanium dioxide as “possibly carcinogenic to humans,” based on studies that showed increased lung tumors in rats associated with titanium dioxide inhalation." There is a PROP 65 WARNING sticker on the box it comes in, however.
