We needed a product that not only kept things in, kept other things out, not interfere with drainage, and of course look good. With 5" to work with, we had plenty of material underground keeping out roots we want outside of the bed and plenty of material keeping in roots we want staying inside the bed... perfect. The material quality of this product is surprisingly strong but, not so strong to resist shaping... which is important to landscaping. The stakes that come with this product hold up to be in hammered and do a wonderful job holding the panel edge in place. The the suggested spacing of the stakes are every 4' which, each one of these packages come with enough steaks for the amount of feet you're purchasing per roll.

It cuts so easy and it's very easy to work with.

It’s a good size (6 in) if you want to save in mulch, is steady and looks nice in my opinion.

This edging is very strong and should be able to handle most jobs. Use a sod cutter to cut a line in the ground where you want to install it and just drive it in. I just needed it to stick out about half its height to hold back a bed of rocks and it works very well for that with no need to use the stakes.

I grew tired of my yard guy weed whacking the paint off of the house. I repainted the house (15 yrs) and laid down 6" wide cheap loose gravel, then a layer of white stones and corraled them in with this guard. Now the weeds are 6-7 inches from the house with a 3-4 inch wall to keep the weed whack string from hitting the house or the stones. Very durable material.

this product met and exceeded my expectations

Product is exactly as expected. I like the flat border without a rounded top and I like the extra height of 5" as a weed barrier.

It was very hard to unravel and make round, it might have been easier had they provided more spikes. On top of that one of my spikes was broken so I got even less spikes to hold it down. The picture shows 12 spikes, I received six per roll on the shorter 20 ft rolls. One roll had five because it was broken. For the price you can't expect much but it does the job, it's keeping the mulch inside the border.

Very difficult to work with, comes out very wavy. Not able to run straight line edge. Need several spikes to get some what looking good and straight. My opinion, I would recommend going with metal edging. Costs more, but the finish product looks nice, and easy to work with.
