easy to install and good product for a great price thank you
Product seems sturdy and is a good size.
Item exceeded my expectations
Fast delivery and good price
Works great for light loads but if you need to carry heavier things don't go for it. 20lbs hits fast. Good to carry extra tools for repair or a light shopping trip. If you want a daily commuter get something nicer or that can carry more weight.
It's a GREAT rack! Sturdy and well built. I had one on a MOUNTAIN BIKE years ago; which it is designed to fit. The only 'problem' is the angle at which the seat post on my BEACH CRUISER is designed to lean back at a greater angle than on mountain bikes. When I tried to install it, the rack was going to be positioned below the rear fender. If I raise the seat high enough to accommodate the rack, my feet only reach about four inches from the ground at a full stop. All that to say... it doesn't fit properly. 😞
I had a standard huff bike from Walmart and yes this item technically did fit it would not fit snug to the back of my bike so It dangled and swayed before you could tighten it anymore and still be able to clamp the fastener down and I'm a pretty strong man. The design and all is there but could use an adjustment or thicker rubber pieces between the Frame and rack post.
it was broken when it got here and that ls not the only problem I've had with Walmart deliverys, when i order food most of it is destroyed and crushed,,even now im awaiting a delivery that was to arrive yesterday!!!!it really makes me mad 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
the product itself is fine and has worked great for what i needed it for every time. the problem was the store is selling like 7 of these things without the piece that attachs it to your bike rendering it useless. i went there myself today because yesterday i ordered express delivery because its a 20 mile round trip on a bicycle and i needed it like asap. i stead i had to waste a whole night and the entire day going there anyway and i had to tip the driver 4 dollars nobody even asked me about that i dont even know if the guy is gonna be worth any tip at all. which turns out it wasnt because when youre shopping for someone you inspect the product completely and make sure theres nothing missing or damaged in the product youre going to deliver to the customer and be sure its 100% there and worthy of sale to the general public you dont just get their order and bring them the empty box of what they ordered they dont want that, especially if they paid double the amount of the item they ordered to get it express delivered to their house annnnd thennnn when i call the customer service they tell me they cant get this guy to go back to the store to get me the right thing i just ordered and bring it to me and take the one missing pieces with him, they said call the store, and if you do that not one single walmart employee has ever been trained how to answer a phone they literally do not care. so the solution was heres my money back kinda not really and got told to wait the night and go there myself tomorrow. brilliant right, wish i would of thought of that sooner would have saved me from downloading a whole other app to get literally zip ties... lol
It was impossible to tighten it enough so that it stayed put. It just slips around the seat stem no matter what I do.
