Blackburn 45 lbs. Capacity Lighted Rear Bike Rack, 18 Inches

Worked great to bungie tie a basket too. We added extra bungie cords to make a dog carrier out of it. Works great for our 20 lb dog. My bike unfortunately had a plastic piece covering the seat bar so I was unable to install it on that bike. Also on that bike the bars didn't align correctly so you may have to try and return if it doesn't work for your bike.

OK full disclosure this thing didnt work for my bike. However, it wasnt because the product was bad, this product is great! It is super sturdy, it came with all the parts, it would have been super easy to install however I bought a 26" bike as a 5'5" female and I have to put the seat all the way down in order to ride this thing. This means there is no where for this to attach to, as it requires you to attach it to your bike seat post. So check the anatomy of your bike before ordering, and you should be fine. I would recommend this thing 10/10. The price was great and the brand is reliable.

If you are going to haul cargo on your two-wheeler, get something sturdy. This rear bike rack has a 45lb capacity and is worth every penny. This is a very basic bike rack. Which, when you think about it, is what you want. Then you can build it from there. Be it sidesaddle baskets, wicker baskets, or a plain cardboard box. Once you have the basic frame attached, the sky's the limit, man! Your second step after attaching it is to invest in some good, various-sized bungee cords. I think bungee cords, duct tape, and Velcro are some of the best products ever invented. With those three, there's nothing you can't accomplish!

The rack is of decent enough quality for what I intend it for, carrying lightweight items , keeping them out of my hands, and purchased largely based on it's low price. It did arrive intact with all parts included, which has been an issue for other reviewers. As is noted by some other reviewers, the product description is false, as the rack I received does not have a light, but simply a reflector. That is not a deal breaker for me because I'm certain the light would be a piece of junk anyway. I would not put more than 10 pounds of weight on this rack so the 45 pound rating should come with a 'ride at your own risk' label.

I got this for my 14-year-old son Because he got the bags To go on one for his mountain bike. The whole reason that I decided to get this one is because it said it had tail lights And I see that other customers How losso complained of the same thing I am very disappointed As we have spent a lot of money On this Website And I have never seen anything Come other than the exact way in the description says. There is no light I'm not even sure his has a reflector Sadly This was a big let down Because he got the bike Rack for football to go back and forth And for camping He still can't write it at night time we're going to have to purchase Tail lights. Other than that though... I think it's a very good Accessory. And I would still recommend it But I feel that the description needs to be evaluated by the person in charge of these I think Might have accidentally been left in there And the part is no longer Available That way. Due to.this I don't feel that it would be right of me to give all five stars But I want to do Thank you.

Like others mentioned, the "light" is a reflective sticker. I was shocked by how the support braces didn't fit my bike, which is a very run of the mill trail bike. The build quality was pretty good, but don't let that pass based on their product description being completely wrong.

Too big to fit my crusier. I've got 32 inch tires and gambled it might fit. Listing stated it had an light but it came with a red reflector instead. If I had the standard 26 inch wheels it should have fit but would have Returned returned for refund any because of the missing light.

When the part arrived at my home part of the rack was cracked and there were parts missing. Parts that were needed to properly install the bike rack. I had to go to Home Depot to buy parts to complete the installation. I had to buy hose clamps at Home Depot to get the bike rack to fit securely on the rear bike post. I should have sent the bike rack back to the seller. The reason I kept the bike rack was because I didn't want to spend the time shipping back the rack. I gave 5 stars for durability, 5 stars for ease of installation. I think that my bike rack was damaged during shipping because the box that my bike rack came in was really beat up. The photos show where I taped the cracked post, and the automotive hose clamps that I rigged up to hold the bike rack to the bike. The bike rack was supposed to provide padded bike post clamps, but they weren't in the box. I gave 1 star for recommending this item to a friend

when it was delivered it did not have the screws to attach the side brackets. the screws on the bottom that hold the rack to the heat post bar were loose and it tighten both about a half turn and 1 side where it mounts cracked due to the metal being so thin and brittle ! there is no light as the description says , it is only a plastic reflector ! I do not recommend this cargo bike rack. save your money and get a better one that is built better. I rate this at 0 stars

This is an absolute scam, says it's"lighted" but is actually a sticker, even has battery warnings on the package despite no electronics, actually broke just installing it and had to cut bolts because the bolts were ither poking the chain or cutting gearshift wire. Ontop of all that it's super difficult to install
