to basket was hard to open whenever you first get it to open it to put it on the back of the bike the material that the detachable bags made of reminds me of a cooler that you would use for like lunches or whatever I don't like that can't lock the back of it but if it's on the back of the bike perfectly it's easy installation and I do like that it came with a rainproof pouch that you put over the back of the bike for whenever it rains so your stuff doesn't get wet so I like that part of the design

While I would not have chosen the included zip ties to attach the basket, they do a good job. I am only using the basket, not the cooler bag, as it's black, and won't keep things cool in the TX sun. I am looking forward to using the cooler bag for road trips, as it is roomy for snacks or lunch for two or more people. The basket is user friendly and super cute. The included tools are not necessary at all, as the basket is latched shut %26 just springs open into place: pretty cool design.

another better quality item and very reasonably priced on close out. better than 2 other bike accessories i bought for my mountain bike. i easily got a weeks worth of groceries from the store for a single person. the insulated shopping and rain are very handy. the bonus unadvertised feature i like is the folds flat while attached to the main rear rack of the bicycle giving you a flat load floor you can lash heavier and bulkier items to facilitate bicycle touring supplies and equipment.

i could NOT figure out how to attach these to my bike rack, plus i was missing a piece or two to begin with. but i just used the included zip ties and bought more and after that it works. pretty sturdy and i like the travel bag

Package wasn't damaged, but the bag itself had creases when opening the box. Relatively easy to set up, just make sure to have a rear bike rack before buying. Otherwise, great product for the price.

Greatly enjoy this basket, I didn’t like the way it is supposed to sit on the bike , so I turned it and enjoy the space.

could be a little wider

This is not the same basket in the picture... This basket won't even hold a twelve pack I'm very disappointed....
