Blackburn 5 ft. x 10mm Key Cable Bike Lock

Well....its exactly what i needed...not thin...but..not real heavy duty....it will lock ur bike up for awile...dont leave it OVERNIGHT...It can be cut if they have time....Its not meant to be left in a public place for days...BUT...NOBODY WILL RUN OFF WITH UR BIKE...it will take some time n work to cut it...i have an electric bike...i use this to go in stores or anywhere i need for 30mins..also buy an alarm...simple...if it moves it goes off...ive had no problem with the keys.....works just fine...register for the FREE KEY on website jus in case

This is the first lock like this I have owned. It is plenty long enough to secure two things together in a safe way. We currently use this in the baby gate my son just learned to open. This summer it will be put to use on our bicycles. I love the key lock, very easy to use. We have not had any issues with this so far.

Had an incident the second time I used this cable. Had my electric bike locked up in front of a store for about 10 minutes. When I came outside, someone had grabbed it and pulled it away from the bike rack stretching the cable. Had to have been someone trying to steal my bike. The cable worked exactly as it was supposed to, glad that I had it and used it.

I love this SL2 key cable bike lock from Blackburn. It comes with keys so you aren't tasked with having to remember a combination, which in the world of having to constantly remember pins and passwords is a huge godsend. They key inserts easily and unlocks it with no issue. It fits effortlessly through my spokes so that I can lock my bike and have peace of mind that my bike will still be there when I come back out to get it. This lock is durable and I have no doubt it will last a long time. I'm looking forward to purchasing another one to lock my bike through the tires.

This is a great bike lock. These days people are always stealing bikes, and it has happened to me in the past so I have been in the market for a good bike lock. It is tough and sturdy and I love the key function. I would definitely recommend this product and think it is one of those must have products if you own a bike.

Living on the third floor makes it difficult to bring my child's bike in everyday. Thankfully, the apartment complex provides a bike rack. So that my child's bike doesn't get stolen, we purchased this Blackburn SL2 key cable lock. I was glad to see that it included two keys, in case she misplaces hers. I would definitely recommend this lock for your bicycle, too.

Love this bike lock. With the colder temps and wet weather I was concerned about it being brittle. That was not the case. I love that it has a key lock instead of a combination that would be tough to unlock. Haven't had an issue with the lock freezing. Would definitely recommend

The cable seems strong, it is curly and a little hard to stretch. The lock is not much strong feels like it is easily pickable. The security level on package 2 out of 5. It cant be used to leave the bike for a longer period especially in an unsafe area. For me, I keep my bike unlocked next to the front door this lock will just add additional security.
