well I could have liked it except it didn't chop what I put in it to be chapped it just kind of world at it but didn't quite do the job I ended up having to take and all I was doing was mixing butter into a cake mix powder to make a crumble so it should have been easy enough but it didn't work not what I was hoping for

Have used it only once to grind up some ham; it worked great. Doesn't look like it has parts that will break like the last one I had. Very easy to use.

Just as pictured ♥️🥰♥️ but I'm not too crazy about the top. It doesn't screw on or anything. You have to hold it on there and if it slips you've got a mess!!!!

The food container does not lock down so holding it down is required. Other wise it operates as it should. This is a minor issue. Just consider this before purchasing.

I opened this product to examine that nothing was broken. What I did discover is that the top is your burst button. So the top doesn't latch down as previous product. Expected more from this brand which was a big factor in deciding to buy. Returning without using!

Black and Decker has always had quality products, but apparently, they have fallen victim to the "profit over quality" mentality. This is a piece of garbage. The cup portion does not seat or lock in, it just sits VERY loosely in a place that has a huge gap or "wiggle room". It does not fit snugly in place, and I have zero confidence that it will last more than a few months, if that. The same is true for the lid, which has way too many holes in it for keeping food inside the container. Is this a joke? It has a very thin o-ring, which prevents it from seating, unless you hold it down, making this a two hand operation. Again, a ridiculous design! The engineers for this item should not be allowed to design products like this. Don't waste your money!

To whom it may concern, I have to agree 100% with Leslie's review from November 24, 2024. Horrible design As the saying goes ‘if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I absolutely love My Handy Chopper Plus that I got 20 years ago. I've never had any issues with it. I use It often and figured I would look another just as a back up. Well this new design ‘One Touch Choper' is horrible. It's cheaply made, the blades aren't positioned well so I have To constantly reposition food inside. The lid doesn't interlock like the old model, so it is flimsy at best. I'm so disappointed. Why change a design when it works? Every single word she says is absolutely true and I would absolutely say the same thing word for word. Just a TOTAL PIECE OF JUNK!!! I've gone back to my 20 years old Handy Chopper with a dull blade that works 10 times better than this piece of junk. What a disgrace that Black %26 Decker would allow a product like this to go to market. Save your money and buy something better. The top doesn't even close and it has holes on the top of lid so any small liquid just shoots out. It's flimsy and cheap. A waste of 20$. Buy anything else.

When I received my chopper it was broken where you lock the top. I was so looking forward to using it, I try to keep one and the one that I already had previous to ordering the one that came broken is fizzling out, I use it every day.. I need my chopper replaced, it is broken, I appears it was damaged during the shipping process, packaging glass and plastic materials must be protected appropriately when packing.

I gave this product one star because the lid does not lock down or even lay flat. I think that if I'm chopping nuts or celery, basically a hard food, the top won't keep it in the container. Considering it is a Black %26 Decker I expected a better design. I'm returning it to Walmart and will buy another brand.
