Purchased battery as an extra. I use it in my blower while the other battery is used in trimmer. Holds charge and glad I purchased it.

I received two 20 volt batteries with my product, one will not take a charge at all, it just blinks red and the other one fully charges. I wish they would allow a swap out for the bad one for a good one.

I got two 20 volt batteries with my product and one of them will not charge at all it just blinks red, while the other works great and gets a full charge. I wish they would offer a plan where you could trade in your bad batteries for a good one.

I buy these batteries to use with my Black and Decker leaf blower, but they don't last more than ten minutes. I need thirty minutes for the amount of leaves I have in my yard. Additionally, they stop working entirely after a few months. Does the two year warranty cover the battery if it stops holding a charge? I need three to get the job done. I don't want to have to buy three new batteries twice a year. That's ridiculous

Item did not work

I was sent a faulty battery that would not charge. Kept blinking red on the charger. Returned it without any issues and got full refund.

I bought compact3in 1 mower weedeater. Came with two of these batteries. Would not hold charge i returned it and bought another. The second one worse than the first 5-10 charge max. It is a shame. Because I like the mower.
