I bought this as a replacement for a Matrix drill/driver that was stolen. I had owned that one for several years and had acquired nine attachments for it. I found this to be one of the most useful tools I've ever owned. The Matrix power unit is plenty powerful. The 20 volt battery lasts a reasonable time, depending on the attached being used. I recommend getting at least one extra battery. I think most of the attachments can still be found online but I don't think they are commonly sold in stores anymore.

Love my drill
This is fairly lightweight and easy to handle. The charge lasts a long time. I was able to drill holes in the bottom of 12 planters, using diamond bit drills, so excess water could drain out. I have a few other projects I can now tackle with my drill.

Black and Decker drill (products) always a winner
My husbands old one ( so old don't remember how old) gave out so nought a new one and it's great. It's also a really good deal. You buy this and of course it comes with a battery and charger. Which is great since we have several BnD products that use these same lithium batteries.

Absolutely Horrendous Shipping
This was just taken off the shelf, slapped a shipping label on it and sent it. The items was shipped in the manufacturers box, no additional box, padding or precautions taken. This was supposed to be a gift and the box was opened and damaged and now I cannot give it as a gift. ANY protection would leave been great. Very sloppy bussiness and i will NEVER buy another product from this company, to many others out there that care and do a FAR superior job with their products!!!
