Love it so far but truth is I haven't used as of yet. But it is Black n Decker so I expect it will work wonderfully

Bought this as the best available grill for making grilled cheese %26 Reubens. I only wish that it had flat plates without ridges.

I bought this because I needed a new grill because my nonstick surface was coming off and I decided that I liked this model because it combined several features and I thought I would be able to purchase this and then get rid of my stand-alone appliances and save some space in my overcrowded appliance cabinet. Now however I have this one that I just have to add to my already overcrowded cabinet because it does not work as well as my stand-alone appliances. It does heat but not as well as it should especially on the top element. I have to turn what I am cooking over about halfway thru my cook time to get it to brown/cook evenly on both sides, so I am pretty disappointed in this product.

the unit is built very well as are the plates but one set of plates (Sandwich plates) are missing I don't think it's a big deal so I've used the ridged plates and canned biscuits which I stuffed, and they worked great

plates. The waffle leaves to much space without batter and the top gets cooked nice with some brown, but the bottom doesn't. I turn the waffle over for a minute before taking out. I like the short cord. I love that the plates come out for cleaning. My other waffle maker I could not remove the plates to clean them. I would love to have a product that only does waffle and Panini sandwiches. Another words I don' t need the triangle plates. I like that it sit upright when not in use.

The temperature is too high and there is no way to change it. No matter what kind of batter we used, the outside was always burned and the inside was always liquid. When the ready light would come on, the waffle would tear apart and stick to the plates, despite using cooking spray, butter, or whatever we tried. The front of the plates are also SUPER easy to scratch, while the backs of the plates are extremely rough, meaning if you stack the plates, they WILL SCRATCH THEMSELVES! Finally, it is very easy for the cooking spray or butter to get inside the unit. We constantly have oil dripping out of the unit and there is no way to open it. Very disappointed, as we saved up for this and now we have to buy a new one because this one doesn't even work.

Piece of junk, used it, the back plate that was suppose to keep it stable %26 it fell over backwards because it was not screwed on.

I'm annoyed I bought it to make waffles went for the different uses ,but ended up with only one waffle plate ,a extra sandwich grill plate was added instead. tried a grill and waffle as I had kids waiting for waffles.
