BLACK+DECKER BD05MWT6 Window Air Conditioner 5000 BTU, Cools up to 150 Square feet, White

The AC itself did satisfied my expectations however the delivery guy somehow may have dropped it and roughly handled it incorrectly because it might of been too heavy for him to to carry. One of the side was totally all bent to a point that the installer had to filled it in with foam insulation to make it fit on the small window . Other than that it was working perfectly well and did the job in the 100 degrees heat wave.

I'm very pleased so far. I've only been using for about two weeks, but it is doing a good job. We have been having a real heat wave with high humidity and it is keeping us cool .

Love this ac. So easy to assemble and Install. It's super cold and have to keep stopping as gets cold very fast . My whole apt of 550sqft is cool now thanks to this ac

I love this this ac. it is easy to put it in the window. I'm 65 yo woman. It came with the foam strips to block any gaps. works great.

The A/C arrived damaged... it has a large dent in the top that effects the levers that change the air flow direction... but it does seems to do a good job of cooling.

The unit itself works great, however, it was clearly a return that was not inspected prior to reselling. It is dented.. was missing the screws to attach the flanges and the tab to move the directional flaps was missing.. disappointed in Walmart for the poor quality control.

The unit showed up with damage, but I decided to keep it because it's so hot in Texas and my mom is disabled and older and I can't wait for another one or afford it

You set the temperature you want and it changes temperature by itself and the setting buttons won't allow you to change anything until you turn it off and turn it back on! 😡

Please do not but this window unit AC. the remote did not come with a battery. the accordion panels were IMPOSSIBLE to put on the unit. i believe they are the WRONG one. This AC unit is now in my window held together with duck tape and can foam. the battery needed for the remote cost $10. please do not buy this window unit.

I bought the 6000 btu for up to 250 square feet for a 150 square foot building. only had for 2 months and wont come on now, just beeps. It never could keep up just in that little room and only worked for 2 months. just long enough for me not to be able to return it. dont buy this garbage!
