the 3.0 cf is definitely bigger that youd expect i can do a king thin comforter in it and ut cleans with breeze. its literally a step down from a regular washer. for apartments its nice it is big tho. i like how it cleans and once you understand the controls its alot easier.
My wife bought a portable washing machine from Amazon.. big mistake too!! Nothing but problems with it! So I looked into a brand that I knew of.. BLACK AND DECKER! It’s just awesome and I also bought the dolly to move it around easier! What a pleasure to have bought this one!! I strongly recommend it!
This fully automatic washer is the bee's knees. You're not going to be able to wash comforters in it, but you're good with every day items. As this is the smallest size, you're not going to be able to wash as much as you would in a regular-sized washer, but if you're good with keeping up with your laundry you won't have a problem with the smaller load sizes. The noise level is low, this thing is super quiet. The draining and spinning works perfectly and, yes, you can wash towels no problem.
if you're only washing a days worth of clothing for a single person, its perfect. it's exactly what I was looking for. small, light. easy to use, not loud, and my clothing come out smelling good and feeling clean. this is a winning buy.... I've had it for about 3 weeks... I've washed close to 20 loads already. I'll update if anything goes wrong in the near future. but otherwise, solid but. just be mindful of how small your laundry loads have to be.
the 2.0 size doesn't have the single hose inlet that sits on top of the machine. It has 2 hose inlets in the back. The water for a large load comes up to 3 holes down from the inside rim of the tub. I do not fill with clothes past that row Clean the lint trap every 3rd wash and keep an eye on the outlet hose. put a strainer in the sink to catch stray lint and if I didn't watch it could overflow the sink. the speed of the draining water can overwhelm and fill a sink really fast. The spin is very quiet. If you dont have a faucet with interior threads use plumbers tape to make hose connection secure to sink faucet. I ddint do a white hot wash yet. I did cold and warm and used the cold inlet. I am considering a Y valve to add to the faucet a hot wash may use cold or warm to rinse, this Im not sure of. The screw for the bottom grate was too short and too small to secure it but that didnt stop the washer from working. I think this is big enough to sheets and thin quilts or blankets. this wouldn't wash a thick comforter full to king sized - twin twin xl maybe. It does sense the soap levels and will rinse until it feels even on the rapid cycle - potentially extending wash times. the rapid got my clothes as a clean as a laundry mat would. the bulky/heavy cycle gets clothes really clean looks like it does in the picture.
THE DELIVERY WAS DEFINITELY QUICK. THE LOAD SEEMS TO BE SENSED AND BALANCED FOR THE SPIN, SHOWING THAT THE QUALITY IS PROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT OVER-LOAD (4 OR 5 ADULT CLOTHING ITEMS MAX). THE FAUCET CONNECTION WAS DESIGNED IN THE 1970S AND LETS SOME WATER SPRAY SO I TIE A PLATIC BAG AROUND THE CONNECTION TO DIRECT THE LITTLE SPRAYING TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SINK...NO BIG DEAL; MY MOM USED A TEA TOWEL OVER THE SAME CONNECTION HARDWARE TO ABSORB THE SPRAY). THERE ARE INSTRUCTIONS ADDITIONAL INTERNET VIDEOS THAT SHOW THE EASY SETUP AND USE. THERE IS ALSO A WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT ONLINE WHO RESPONDED QUICKLY. THE CONNECTIONS (TO ALLOW WATER FILL DRAIN) ARE INCLUDED. I'VE USED THE MACHINE FOR TWO MONTHS AND CONTINUE TO USE THE MACHINE. THE QUICK CYCLE IS 15 MINUTES DURATION, AND WASHES, RINSES AND SPINS CLOTHES (4 OR 5 ITEMS MAX) TO NEAR DRY OR AS NEAR DRY AS THE LAUNDROMATT SPINS CLOTHES. MY CLOTHES APPEAR CLEANER FROM THE QUICK WASH USING THIS MACHINE THAN WHEN I USED THE LAUNDROMATT. THERE ARE ROLLERS ON THE MACHINE BUT THE TIPPING TO USE THE ROLLERS IS NOT ERGONOMICALLY CORRECT AS THE HANDLES ARE NOT POSITIONED PARALLEL TO EACH OTHER. A ($35) PLATFORM WITH WHEELS ARE SHOWN ON INTERNET VIDEOS AS A WAY TO EASILY SLIDE AND STORE THE MACHINE. I USE $8 FURNITURE MOVING DISKS THAT SLIDE UNDER THE FEET AND THEY SLIDE THE MACHINE EASILY AND TAKE-UP LESS SPACE. I'M DEFINITELY GLAD I BOUGHT THE MACHINE ADDED BONUS IS THAT THE MACHINE LOOKS MODERN NEW. I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY, HIGHLIGHTED IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND WATCHED ONLINE VIDES BEFORE I USED THE MACHINE. THERE IS A 'PAUSE' BUTTON IF YOU NEED TO STOP THE MACHINE DURING A CYCLE.
I needed a washer to replace my old regular washer that fit in a small space. This washer has been great. It fit easily and was super easy to hook up. It's easy to use and gets pretty large loads clean. It has a huge tub. It is not that easy to move around so if you are using it as a portable washer you'd need a dolly. I also love the glass top so I can easily see what's going on in there.
I bought this washer about 7 months ago. It worked great for the first 6 months. I really like the soak feature. It gets my cloths really clean. But now something is wrong with the spin cycle even though it's level it squeals horribly through the entire cycle! I contacted the manufacturer and I got a slow response that asked for pictures and a video. Which I sent in and haven't heard anything since. Total time of jumping through the manufacturers hoops has been 3-4 weeks. And now, nothing! Also, I bought an extended warranty but since it's still under the manufacturer warranty I can't use it.
I was looking forward to having this clothes washer. I was let down when unboxing it, and there was damage to it. There was a crack on the side panel, and the front panel was dented outward. I am disappointed with this product.
The shipping box and item came damaged. It is obvious that a used item was sold as new. The shipment was delayed for some days. A meesage to the Seller to inquire about the shipment didn't receive the courtesy of a response. The original tracking showed the item was coming from New York, NY. Then it showed shipment coming from Ontario, CA. I kept receiving delayed messages. I am living in New York. I dont recommend you purchase this item on Walmart. Because the only have one Seller. Very poor shipment and bad customer experience.
