This steam mop has a different steam function than the Shark I had. The most important thing here is that the Black and Decker is a better design and better results than I ever had with Shark. I had to ditch the Shark after I could not find a water tank replacement cap from anywhere.... I will not buy Shark products again, since their way of selling involves not having any parts replacements! That's how they get you to buy the same thing over and over again. The Black and Decker steam mop costs less than the Shark, and its water tank is part of the handle and has a cap attached, so you won't need replacement parts. I'm very happy with this purchase.

very good product, the only thing is the water container is not detachable, so if i don't use the whole water i have to flip it in order to take most of the water out so i have to store and put away until next use. other than that it's a good little machine steamer mop

Good value. Easy to assemble. Heats up fast. Swivel head is great. Does the job for the money. Rotating scrubbers and a tank to add cleaners would be perfect. Button to use are hard to push just right to start it Bubble cover makes it hard to push the start button.

Meh, it got the job done but I probably wouldn't purchase again. The cord only has one hook to wrap around so it never appears to be properly put away, it looks sloppy. The steam is extremely hot instantly so the first time I used it, my toe got too close and burned me. There are no real features, it's basically on or off… Pro, it turns so it fit between cabinets.

Nice little mop, however the area to fill the cleaning or deordarizing liquid into it is complicated and not easy to handle while the mop is up right. It's also too small and runs out too fast. The start %26 stop buttons are faulty…. They don't read off or on %26 you must push both to start, the other thing is that the cord is small so you have to constantly turn it off, unplug %26 replug for different areas. Lastly, it only comes with one mop pad and no extras, for the price, I think they could have done better. So I used it once, but I'm not sure I want to keep it as it's a bit of an inconvenience, and hard to accomplish a mopping project quickly….

Opened after 30 day return policy and it did not work. Turned on and could feel warmth but nothing else, no steam. I attempted to remove the covering and check for a loose wire but I couldn't access the small and deep set screws. Because of the low price, I will probably order another and see how it goes

it was rather easy to put together but here are the problems: there was no funnel to put the water in. taking it back apart is impossible. it's no better than a Swiffer mop. I plan on returning it because it basically did nothing. I had high hopes for it but it let me down

When you purchase such a product. You want it to be able to work. The steam was good. The cleaning pad did not clean flush to the floor. It only cleaned where the pad was attached to the machine. The middle of the pad did not clean flush on the floor. Not a good design. I'm truly disappointed. I really wanted this product.

The steam mop looks cute. I thought it would've been better than it was the pad that's at the bottom is not strong enough to mop a simple floor. It takes a lot to have to clean the pad to me. It should be more absorbent more thicker and definitely a little bit more like a scrub pad because Some areas would need that either that or should have attachments that come along with it that requires for different types of cleaning on the floors. Also, I feel they should add the spray solution effect to it as well not only steam. It should be able to spray and like I said pop up, not just steam because all I saw was water coming out from the steam. I didn't really understand this mop.!
