This little toaster/air frying oven works great for 2 people. Perfect size and features work great. Air frying is new for us, but we are happy how our food came out crispy. Great buy at a fair price.

It is just like on the photo. It works well only problem is insulation on the top panel could be better. External top part get warm during the use even short use. I don't know if it could be better I don't have anything else to compare with, but it could be problem during summer time.

I was really just looking for a good toaster oven, for toast and heating up small portions. I am so pleasantly surprised at how great this little oven is. It does great toast, but so much more! The air fry function is amazing. I am making delicious home made French fries, baked meatballs, chicken nuggets, etc. I have baked brownies, apple crisps, muffins, cookies.... It comes with a great recipe book. Another great feature is the outside of the oven does not get super hot while food is cooking. It is very compact but surprisingly cooks pretty big portions. Also, its very easy to clean. I highly recommend!

Great little gadget! Gets the job done. I think it could be a bit simpler to use. The Air Fry feature is somewhat of a thinker. You really gotta know what to do...to do it right. Use this in my office---some of the older guys--- struggled at the start lol. After some 'training' we got them figured out. Still would buy again.

i have used black %26 decker everything for over 50 years. when my last air fryer oven quit i bought this smaller one. wrong move ! it burns everything on the bottom %26 you can't even bake anything that is even remotely close to the heat source. i can't afford to send it back and order one like i had before.

Even on medium level toasting, it burns everything. It caught a piece of pizza on fire at medium level ! On fire! Absolutely dangerous and ridiculous. I expected so much more from black and decker! Our last black and decker toaster was amazing and lasted years. This is going in the trash before it burns our house down. I am not sure if it is a design flaw or we happened to get a defective toaster, but beware. Very disappointed.

This is a very tiny toaster " oven". There is no way you can make anything but toast in it . My fault for not checking the dimensions and as I got it with free shipping, I have to figure out how to return it ! 😠

i called ten minutes after i ordered it this when i realized i ordered the wrong item i wanted the bigger six slice i was told the return for the four slice would be taken care of to go ahead and order the bigger six slice toaster oven i did now i have the one i did not want has been delivered the other six slice toaster is on its way i don't need both I don't have i car so walmart will have to pick it up for return it like when i call they lie or tell me what they think i want to hear they said it was talen care of

I had barely started air frying some french fries when the glass door suddenly exploded, shooting glass all over my kitchen. Fortunately, no one got hurt, but it could have injured someone--very dangerous! After cleaning up the mess, I called Black and Decker. They offered to replace or refund the unit, but said it would take six weeks for refund. I chose to return it to Walmart instead and got a refund immediately.

I've had four fires start inside the oven. If there is even a drop of food that falls througj the rack, (like gooey cheese while reheating a slice of pizza) a fire will start. I bought this for my 87 year old mother who can't see or hear well and it's dangerous. I would return it but I threw out the box.
