Easy and light - hot enough
Actually love this little iron. It gets really hot - it acts as a steamer and an iron. PERFECT when you need to touch up curtains or a shirt/pants. Would recommend to others. Would be a great little college iron / steamer

Works as advertised. More steamer than traditional iron. Great on wrinkles not so much on pants creases

A little clunky, but effective.
The iron is heavy and gets hard to hold the longer you're using it. It's effective at ironing and steaming as long as your fabric is compatible with a higher heat setting.

This just wasn't what we were looking for. It was too cumbersome and made more like an iron and took too long to completely remove wrinkles.

It does a good job if you are able to hold it. It is very heavy and therefore not easily used.

Not the best of both worlds
I bought this thinking I could replace an iron and a steamer at the same time. This is basically a heavy steamer rather than a replacement for both an iron and a steamer. There is no temperature control for the iron, so there is only one default temperature. I don't know if its safe to use on wool or just cotton? I can tell you that when I was trying to iron a shirt I needed to go over it multiple times just to get the wrinkles out. The steaming function works well however when you add all the water in this becomes quite heavy. For anyone that needs an iron, I don't think it could be a replacement for a proper iron that allows you to set temperature. For anyone looking for a steamer you're probably better off getting a steamer with a base so you don't have to hold the entire weight of the machine and water at the same time.
