I'm blown away by the performance of my Commercial Cool air conditioner during this brutal triple-digit heat wave in California! Despite the scorching temperatures outside, this unit has consistently kept my home at a comfortable 72 degrees. Its impressive cooling power has been a game-changer for my large open-concept living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. I've been amazed by its ability to cool a much larger space than advertised without breaking a sweat. In fact, if I set it to 62, my family would be bundling up under blankets! I can't thank Commercial Cool enough for saving us from the summer heat. This product has truly delivered! the day of this posting was 106 so i had it to 69 it was so comfortable in my house!
Works amazing, energy save mode is pretty awesome too. You can set to cool and it's get the room nice and cool then switches back to auto to keep the room to temp. Would definitely recommend it! Installed in under 10 minutes.
A great buy! Temperature was 98* and humidity was 95% in door. This ac kept our house cooled which is 1400 ' square feet to 74 degrees.
Option 1: Natural %26 Helpful Verified Purchase This Black Decker 8,000 BTU AC cools my room quickly and keeps the temperature steady even on hot Florida afternoons. It's not too loud, easy to install, and the remote makes it simple to adjust settings. Great choice for bedrooms or small apartments. ---
Great ac but noisy at full capacity. The problem I had was the shipping. The box and styrofoam were broken and was obviously abused in handling. When I opened it I noticed that the front grille had 1 broken slat. Not enough for me to return it but it was annoying. Otherwise it is a good product.
Never 700 square feet
I rated it one star because, even though it works well when it works, you should not buy something this expensive and heavy through Walmart online. They seem to have a deal with FedEx, and FedEx is the worst courier I've dealt with. They dropped this 75lb AC on its front edge and delayed delivery 4 times. The front of it was dented inward over half an inch. I managed to bend it back into place a bit, and it still worked, but it only lasted a few days before the fan motor died in it. Any time I've bought something through Walmart, it ships with FedEx and has some kind of delay or they have trouble with the address even though Amazon, UPS, and even DHL (the most infamous for losing things) manages to find the place with how screwed up it is on the maps. My address does show up both on Google Maps and FedEx's Forge Esri GIS Mapping System in the right place, so they should have no problem finding me, but half of them can't read, I guess. Basically, this review is a warning to you, online shopper; don't ship things through Walmart. Try to find the same item on Amazon or eBay (it's usually cheaper, and that includes this exact AC). They both barely ever use FedEx (in fact, FedEx ended their contract with Amazon), so you'll likely get a better delivery experience AND a better price.
I would never buy from the seller again outright lie on the product on the Btu and on the shipping! I would never buy from the seller again and I wouldn't go through Walmart to do it either.
returned next day. made an awful sqreeching noise when shutting down. It is also not user friendly when it comes to adjusting temperature in certain modes. It also, looks just like another off the wall brand that is out there ??
see item works as should but of course Walmart plus never has any good shipping there's always an issue with shipping I can order from timu and get my stuff before or when I'm supposed to never after or for some reason not delivered Walmart plus sucks for a service
