Blackstone Acacia Wood Cutting Board for Use Directly on Griddle Top

Unique looking cutting board. I like color variations in the wood. Making it a one of a kind piece. I also like the irregular shape. My knives are protected by the hardwood. Great for griddle and indoor kitchen use.

I love this cutting board. It seems to be very well made and sturdy. I haven't been able to use it on the grill yet as it is still winter here in New York and we haven't had the grill out yet. But I have been using it around the kitchen and it's great. It's a bit smaller than most cutting boards but still very nice. It's so nice looking I keep it on the counter with plants on it when I'm not using it. I really like it.

Nice addition to my Blackstone Griddle. Makes cutting meat to check doneness much easier on my good knives. In the future, it would be nice if one of the side trays and indentations to match the legs of the cutting board so that it stayed in place easier.

I really like this cutting board, its made of Koa wood. It's very well made and it has a lovely wood grain pattern. It measures 11 3/4 inches wide x 11 inches long x 1/2 inch deep. The company name and logo is etched in the wood. It's on 4 wooden legs to be used on a flat top griddle or on a counter. This is very nice and sturdy. You can prepare your food or just rest your knives on it while you cook.

This Blackstone cutting board is very nice and is designed to be used on a flat top griddle. It is made from quality Koa wood. It's wooden feet protect the cutting board from heat, while also protecting your knives from the metal griddle top. It's the perfect size to slice up any vegetable or slice of meat without being so large you have to wonder where to put it. Very nice product. 5 stars from me.

I don't have the griddle this is advertised for use on but it can be used just as you would any other cutting board and it is really nice looking. Due to the variations in the wood used (Acacia), no 2 will look exactly the same. I am not sure about the advantages of that or even what types of wood others are made of, but in case you want to know, there you go! I have another wooden cutting board but it's very big and heavy and frankly, it's cumbersome to handle and wash. This one is smaller but still a very useful size and is much more managable. It will get more use than my other one just because of that. I could do without the brand name imprint on it but it doesn't affect the usefulness of the board.

Nice cutting board. However, when I purchased it my intent was to leave it on the griddle and stage food from the cutting board to the cooking surface. When it arrives it has instructions not to only leave it on the griddle surface for short periods of time. That was not why I purchased the cutting board and that was not how the pictures illustrated the use of the cutting board.

Loved the idea. But cutting board came with splinters all over it. It had not even been sanded. There is no kind of coating on it to help protect the board.
