Assembly was much more difficult than it should have been. The many small parts were not labeled, the tapped holes in the sheet metal parts were not done well. Bosses should have been used and many of the parts could have been assembled before shipment. The package used a lot of cardboard padding, so the grill was not damaged in shipping, but the overall mass of cardboard was more than necessary.

Got this as a Father’s Day present for my husband. I picked him up the accessories to go with and oh boy was he excited. It folds up easily for storage and transport but it is a little heave for one person to load. We’ve made steaks, hot dogs, brats, roasted potatoes and broccoli so far. It heats and cooks evenly.

Beautiful grill..only bummer thing is...I feel i can't task the smokiness off grill...im assuming because of griddle but that's what I chose..I will be excited in the winter cause of the slimming or standing of griddle to save space during winter

The assembly was slightly difficult. There were several screws that were almost impossible to put in due to the burner placement. We took the grill camping and it was awesome. Very portable and easy to move!

I love blackstone but the set up of this product was horrible. The instructions did not match the the parts. It had Philips heads labeled as flat heads, holes not lining up for the screws. It was horrendous. It took my husband and I over an hour and a half to set up and we are both handy diy people. 3/5 stars due to unclear set up.

I love my new Blackstone Grill. It is easy to operate, makes great trading food. The only issue I have with the grille was the assembly. The screws were not correctly placed in the proper "blisters". the screws were in the wrong areas, the holes weren't lined up to insert them. I HIGHLY recommend paying the extra to get it assembled. I love the portability, it folds and rolls easily. If not for the poor instructions and mixed up parts this would get a 10 out of 10.

No shortage of assembly issues as reported in other reviews. Immediately after assembly, I tried to roll the griddle, only to have the wheel fall off and the bushing fall out after just a few feet. I expect much more from Blackstone. I would strongly advise staying away from this griddle!

Never got it. Then when I called they never told me I could have another one sent. They only told me I could get refund. 10 day delay. Yhey didn't take pic like supposed and they mislead me to get refund. Just worried about getting me off phone.

Assembly was horrible. Screws are cheap garbage. Holes for screws etc not aligned. Plastic is cheap. Honestly my members mark griddle surpasses this griddle by leaps and bounds. Very disappointed in a product that boost it's the best in the industry. Quality lacking for sure. I say go with a different brand

I have no clue as to how this will work, but I do know that this was THE hardest grill to assemble. From holes not lining up, to some parts pre-assembled without it being noted on the directions, cheap screws…absolutely horrible assembly and not worth the time and energy. With such an upper end brand, one would think this wouldn't be so difficult. We recently bought a Traeger and the ease of assembly…and customer service…was a night and day difference from the Blackstone. We may be returning.
