Blackstone Duo Griddle and Charcoal Grill Combo Dual Burner 17'' Outdoor Griddles with Automatic Igniter

This was the second Blackstone Duo grill that I purchased from Walmart The first one was Damaged so I returned it , The second one that I ordered had some damage but I decided I could straighten it out which I Did ,I am not blaming Walmart,I believe Blackstone has a problem with packaging reinforcement to withstand the shipping from overseas

Bought it with excitement and after having to return two of them I choose not to try a third time. Both times the grill was delivered damaged. Unfortunately the grill relies on rivets for connection points and those failed in both cases. I instead bought a different model.

half way building this item noticed a lot of dents on one side and several brackets bent. Contacted walmart.com and was offered a very small discount. If I wanted to return I would have to take apart and take back to store and they are out of stock so who knows when I could get replaced. I expected more and disappointed that it was so damaged. I hope we are able to repair enough for use.

We did not receive the wind breaks for the grill. I have contacted the company but have to wait for a response. We wanted to use it for the Fourth of July but sadly were not able to. I will update if manufacturer responds.

The worst griddle I ever owned. Propane side barely heats up. Metal is like cheap tin and already falling apart. Never another Blackstone and never buy from Walmart ever again!

This is a cheaply made piece of crap. I didn't get halfway through assembly because many of the screw holes don't even line up; could not attach lower shelf at all, which includes the propane tank support. There are several bad welds in the metal also. If I can't even assemble the product, why should I trust this thing to not blow up in my face while in use?

If I could give zero stars i would. I bought this as a gift for my husband and we just used it 2 days ago and the paint bubbles and was falling off . We decided not to cook any food on it due to the fumes from the paint or whatever the material is the bottom was buying and peeling and this is all on the grill side. And sure enough the return window has passed so we are stuck with this. Very poorly made.

I received my grill 9 days after it said 2 Days. It sat in Indiana for 4 days and then shipped. Very disappointed in my product was so excited for it to arrive. I opened the box and took out the first piece which was a the griddle part and then I started to rip through plastic off of the grill and the corners were bent into a shape of a c almost when it was suppose to be straight. Needless to say I am doing a return. It was delivered freight and not fedex but fedex is picking up. I was so excited to receive my 17 inch griddle / grill but very disappointed

Love this grill but my big issue is they sent me a used grill which i wasnt informed about there was stuff already put together and under the grill where you connect the leg is bent :( we are currently putting this together hopefully it at least works. I would recommend this item but of course not if they sent it to you damaged i just seen another part bent :( so is this why it was on sale but it did say holiday sale not refurbished or used

Box was wet, ripped and taped up. when opened the grill was smashed, screws were sheered off and the frame was bent. I have never seen anything like it. Our weekend party is in turmoil. On top of that I live a ways a way from the nearest Walmart and I have to drive this morning to take this ---- back! IF THE BOX IS RIPPED, WET, TAPPED AND SMASHED, TELL THE DRIVER TO PUT IT BACK ON THE TRUCK AND SEND IT BACK TO WALMART. Thanks a lot for wasting our family time, money and gas.
