Blackstone On The Go 17" Griddle and Grill Combo with Hood

I’m guessing since it’s still new, when it’s folded, it’s somewhat hard to bring back to the standing position. It just feels like you might bend it, but as I get more used to it I feel like that will get better. But as for its cooking abilities, off the charts, I’ve told all both of my friends 😉

The item came on time and was exactly as described. Assembly was easy. Heavier than I expected at 125 pounds but we are not using it as a tailgate grill. Blackstone grill/griddle comboThe grill/griddle combo is just what we were looking for.

The Grill is awesome. Walmart's shipper trashed the package but for the most part the grill wasn't damaged. Only one pin was broken, still looking to get that pin from blackstone, and the pin is not vital to the grill function.

There is nothing that compares to a Blackstone. It is built tough and they last forever (if you take care of it). I chose this model as it gives me the griddle and grill together. You can’t go wrong with a Blackstone.

Box was destroyed on arrival. Everything looked thrown around. If i wasnt going camping the next day I would of sent it back. Nothing closes right due to.poor handling

Item came damaged. The lid is dented in several places, despite being packaged in a ton of styrofoam. Reached out to the seller and still no response.

The grill arrived in a damaged box and two of the screws fell out of the box my husband has been in the nursing home for a few weeks now and I haven’t been able to get the grill out of the box to see if this is a grill that has been returned

Currently emailing back and forth with customer service. Walmart customer service transferred me to Blackstone customer service as Blackstone sells this as a third party through Walmart's site. Blackstone CS asked for images which I provided and it's been over a week with no response - after I've followed up two times asking for an update. This is a several hundred dollar product. The package arrived with a large hole in the box. Directions, as well as a bag of bolts were on the sidewalk. The door panel was slightly bent (image provided to CS, as well). The fact that after I provide this info I have gone over a week with no response, giving me the impression I'm being ghosted, has left me with the dirtiest impression of buying items on this site to be delivered moving forward. Shady, dishonest, and downright amateur-hour for such a product held in high-regard. GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPLY TO EMAILS! I'm not even asking for a refund.

I ordered this grill due to the good price, however when it arrived the box was completely split open and it had minor scuffs and scrapes. It also had a part that was bent. I restraighten it by hand because returning it would have been a total pain in the butt.

The box was tattered, weathered, torn, large hole in box and had been opened abs taped back together... returned as unknown of pieces missing or if damaged.
