Very nice and secure packing. Easy set up makes it exciting to start using. Only thing I'd like to see different would be the inclusion of the propane adaptor for tank use.

Love my Blackstone grills. I have a 36", my boy tried it out and got himself a 36". I just got the 22" so I have a portable Blackstone I can put in the car and take to parks for cookouts and picnics.

I have yet to try this new blackstone out. Purchase this table top 22 inch for camping trips. I will further review in the following months. Looks really nice i got this one due to the attached hinged hood. Stainless steel front and handle.

Nice little grill. Just the right size for my needs. Must be thin metal in the grill which makes hot spots in it. Ive only used it once so far, so I'll get those figured out eventually.

This is a birthday gift that I sent to my son. He hasn’t opened it yet so I’ve no idea whether this particular griddle is of good quality, I just based my rating on the quality of the identical one that I had bought directly from Blackstone. I appreciated that Walmart shipped this item since Blackstone wouldn’t send it to Anchorage. The base price is the same, but Walmart did charge an additional $75. I hope that the product will be identical.

Bought one for my daughter and it came damaged. The side was completely crushed in. Not a packing issue but quality control issue. They were going to send me the part, but it wouldn’t be in for about 6 months. After much discussion (emails), they sent out a new one. It also came damaged, but at least the lid would close so my daughter was ok with it. I was not happy about this because it was a birthday gift to her, I like the grille, but come on, is it too much to ask for a grille in perfect condition?

outside box was perfect, however the grill had a large bend on the outside of it, we need to return and want another one to replace it, what is the process for this?
