Blackstone Pizza Oven on Stand Cover

Absolutely love this pizza oven. It is a little bigger than I thought but the wheels move easily so easy to move out of the way when not in use. We use it all the time, at least 2 times a week. Making your own pizza dough is so inexpensive and we can each make our own style. It takes maybe 15 min to get to °500. We found if you lower the temp when you put the pizza in. This cooks the dough and the toppings don't burn. If you have a party making a few pizzas. We add the sauce then pre cook the pizza so it is lightly cooked but holds the form then it makes it easy to add more sauce , lots of cheese and topping.

This cover fit like a glove. The zipper appears to be water resistant and was very easy to put on and take off. Covers the oven and the stand

The pizza oven itself is wonderful. I enjoy the large opening, and I especially love the turning disk to allow all areas of the pizza to cook evenly. The height is nice for me (I am 5'4") so I am not bending over trying to look in, hold the pizza peel, and turn the pizza. I appreciate the sturdy wheels with locks, and the ability to plug in the oven if I wanted to do so, although I have chosen to use the battery pack. The pizza peel holder is a very nice addition. I love that it can hold the peel so I don't have to store it in doors, and as a left handed person, I certainly appreciate the flexibility of being able to move the holder to either side of the stand. The oven cooks great, and we are making some fabulous pizzas, jalapeno poppers, and steak! However,...the instructions are terrible!!! There are many holes in the instructions that create the possibility of having to take apart and redo in several areas. The pictures are simply not sufficient as to tell what directions pieces should face, etc. As a farm girl, I am really good with tools, so this was NOT the issue. Two different parts of my oven stand were bent (and seemed less sturdy than I would have expected), but I was able to rebend them almost back to their original shapes. I also was missing eight crucial bolts, so I had to go to my local building supply store to buy my own. I know I could have contacted Blackstone customer service, but that would have taken much longer to get the bolts than simply going to buy them myself. I am also having an issue with lighting the oven. It simply won't light itself. I am having to do it manually ever time. When I contacted Blackstone customer service, they suggested I do several things; however, I have already tried all those options, and it still won't light. I responded as such to them, and I have not heard back with any helpful or further options.

We purchased our new Blackstone Pizza Oven and we could not be happier. It is sturdy, well built, and user friendly. I love the height of the oven opening, you can easily see your pizza cooking. It heats up fast, pizza cook so quickly. We are very happy with the cover for our pizza oven, it has a zipper on the side that makes it easy to put on. It will definitely keep the oven clean and dust free between uses. We are excited to try other items in our oven. I was grateful they came out with a new oven.

This unit is second to none. A well crafted pice of equipment. Easy-to use and the pizza was cooked to perfection. We would recommend this product to anyone.

So far it has kept the rain water off of the main part of the pizza oven. I like that the cover is very sturdy and it looks like it will hold up to the hot Florida weather for a while. The only negative thing with the cover is that it doesn’t cover the wheels. Hopefully the wheels won’t rust as they will be getting wet when it rains.
