Like all things plastic. They are overpriced. Other than that the product's usability is great. We went from bringing out containers of ingredients to having everything in one easy to manage container. From pizzas to steak n cheese tortellini and everything else in between.

Great pizza maker. Heats up quickly and cooks a whole pizza in less than 5 minutes. Took a couple of times to adjust to proper cooking temperature but once we figured it out the pizza was outstanding.
